Portfolio of Works

Full pieces that are either started in the studio or started in the field and completed in the studio. 

These are the earliest, least complete works. An example of the 'first pass' usually done with limited time, or my first view of a scene. They generally have quite a bit to be worked out. They represent the earliest phase of line, form, pattern, and design. Well before color, temperature, edge, and texture. As Clausewitz says, "No battle plan survives first contact with the enemy."

Works with the majority of work done on site with some studio time to complete the composition, edge work, and color plan.
